London Question Time Event
The last RAV QT to be held in a retail showroom, was hosted by Hein Gericke, the clothing and accessory suppliers, in Stockwell, London. The BMF organised this event and there was a strong presence from the No To Bike Parking Tax group in Westminster. Parking charges are a hot topic in London, but questions covering many topics were raised, including the inconsistent access to bus lanes in the capital.
Candidates on the panel were:
Nigel Haselden (Lab), Glynn Chambers (Con), Caroline Pidgeon (Lib- Dem).
Gerard Livett was in the chair and the other panellists were Chris Hodder (BMF) and Leon Mannings (Independant Transport Consultant)
